Logline: "Three Men and a Baby" if all the men were gay and the baby was 17. This story was inspired by actual events.

Synopsis: Jack runs away from home hoping to reunite with Jesse, the gay father he hasn’t spoken to in seven years - and his timing couldn't be worse. He appears just as Jesse's partner, Connor, is proposing at a party in front of all of their friends. Just when you think it can't get worse, it does. Both Connor and Jack didn’t know the other existed. The party transforms into a true Dynasty moment as Connor and Jack storm out in opposite directions.

Weeks go by as Jesse and Jack try to rebuild their relationship. However, even as father and son make progress, Jesse can’t patch things up with Connor.

What will happen when the couple's friends, Dale and Patrick, can't take anymore and decide that it's time for an "intervention"? Expect fun, laughter, and a few twists and turns!

Project Title: Three for Dinner (Short Film)
Genre: Thriller
Production Date: June 2010
Current Status: Festival Submission

Written by award-winning Screenwriter and Director A. Blaine Miller, ‘Three for Dinner’ tells the story of a wealthy family that falls prey to a home invasion, but things aren’t always as they seem. As fact is separated from fiction, the lines between criminal and victim are blurred in this gripping whodunit that celebrates the forties’ style of film noir.

The Dalliance Films' principals have submitted the film to its first festival: Sundance! Currently, they are planning  a private screening for the cast and crew - tentatively scheduled for September 17, 2010.

We'll be updating this page as things progress - so please, check back often!

Project Title: 40 Fears (Feature-Length Film)
Genre: Comedy
Production Date: Fall 2010
Current Status: In Production

Logline: What do you get when you combine four kids, a gang war and a Latin Lover? A dark comedy about a man who can’t come to terms with his 40th birthday!

Synopsis: Burt is having a strange 40th birthday that begins after he finds his wife’s body – and, boy, somebody sure wanted her dead. During a night of bizarre circumstances he attempts to find the culprit. Who are the most obvious of suspects? Could it be one of his four children? Or was it the mysterious stranger whose sudden appearance introduces Burt to a world of unusual revelations?

Fear and anxiety escalate into absurd satanic rituals, chastity rings foiled by an “enlightening” magazine article, and a drug deal gone horribly wrong.  Just when you thought it couldn’t get worse, Burt’s sons are taken captive and he must go undercover to save them. In the end, an unlikely steaming pot of soup brings the startling revelation of who killed Burt’s wife and truly defines the term “mid-life crisis”.
